The brief
Alandalus Property invests in, develops, and operates income-generating real estate in Saudi Arabia. Its annual report needed to align the company’s property portfolio and business direction with the information shareholders need to assess performance.
RAM’s scope brought together content, design, and print production. The aim was to organize detailed reporting into a clear publication and to maintain a recognizable brand presence across every section.

The Alandalus Property annual report design approach
We developed the report’s visual language around pentagonal forms, repeated lines, and the brand’s green palette. These elements unify the cover, section openings, icons, and information graphics.
Architectural photography places the company’s properties within the narrative. Angled panels frame images and supporting information, while white space gives longer passages and tables room to breathe.
The same geometric language extends to charts and diagrams, creating continuity between the report’s brand expression and its detailed reporting.
Content and structure for investor reporting
RAM developed the report content in Arabic and English, organizing the company’s story, property information and performance into a clear reading sequence. The content was shaped around investor communications and listed-company reporting needs.
A consistent editorial grid supports different types of information. Leadership messages, project profiles, workforce information and financial tables share the same layout principles, with each format given the space it needs.
Clear headings, short summaries and supporting figures help readers move from the main message to the details.
A consistent system for data and detail
We developed icons and infographics that follow the report’s geometric language. Repeated line forms create the chart columns, while pentagonal frames link icons and labels to the broader design system.
Tables use consistent alignment, spacing and color to organize detailed figures. Project and workforce sections combine photography, text and key information within the same editorial structure.
This approach gives different content types a shared visual identity throughout the publication.
From editorial design to print production
RAM also handled print production, turning the designed publication into its printed form. Content, layout, and production were part of the same scope of delivery.
The printed report brings together the green palette, fine geometric lines, architectural imagery, and detailed editorial pages in one publication.
